Absolutely, you can connect to ESpot’s public wifi anywhere in the venue.

ESpot is fully accessible for PRMs. An elevator serves all floors, the ground-floor bar has an adapted side and adapted toilets are also available.

Public parking is available on the corner of ESpot at 10 rue Bailleul, 75001.

We have a Licence IV allowing us to serve alcohol.

No, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the ESpot.

It is entirely possible to offer vegetarian / halal / kosher options, or to have a completely vegetarian / halal / kosher offer. Please request this in advance, so that we can prepare a customized offer for you.

Yes, a fee per person will apply if you use your own caterer.

The Arena stage can be adapted to suit your needs: gaming desks, bare stage, talkshow configuration...

All Arena rentals include the control room and its staff, including a production manager, a technical director and two multi-skilled technicians.

Yes, you can broadcast live on the platform of your choice (Twitch, Youtube, Microsoft Teams...). You can also retrieve the recording by bringing your own hard drive.

You have the option of privatizing one or more areas at a time, or even full privatization.

If you have your own agency, we'll work with them directly to set up your event. We are used to working with a large number of agencies.

  • Parity achieved in the administrative office and in the events team, initiative to improve gender balance in the operations and production teams. 
  • Ecological commitment with the use of ecocups or glasses for serving soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
  • Encouraging our customers to use public transport by highlighting the nearest stops.
  • Control water consumption with infra-red sensor faucets, and electricity consumption by limiting lights and switching on only the necessary equipment according to the occupancy rate of the site.
  • Politique anti-gaspillage : les restes d'événements sont récoltés par des associations anti-gaspillage qui se chargent de les redistribuer aux personnes dans le besoin.
